See what our customers have to say about our cleaning services. So appreciated Sean and Chris getting to our house ASAP to clean our area rug after our dog’s mess. Not only did they work miracles on that rug, but while they were here they also cleaned bedrooms/hallway carpeting on stairs. Love they fact that the products have a clean as opposed to harsh smell and dry quickly. Also, really appreciated the quick turn around time from contact to cleaning and the friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend!
I am absolutely satisfied with the service. Very professional. I have an old carpet yet it looks much better and stays clean for quite some time. Chris is polite and efficient and works quickly.
I was extremely happy with the service I received from Nature’s Way Chem-Dry. I had my tile cleaned and sealed along with carpet cleaning in two bedrooms, living room and stairs. Chris did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and got right to work. He was very passionate about his work and the results were great. Chris and Sean are both veterans and it shows in their work . Will definitely have them back again!!
Have used them for 3 years. Always professional and very thorough. Carpets always look great. Had issues with pet urine this time in one area and they took care of it perfectly. They even helped me check with a black light to be sure there weren’t other areas I didn’t know about. This time I had a question/concern 2 days after they were here. I called on Friday afternoon and they came by that evening to check it out and resolve my concern. Great customer service -they truly do want to be sure you are happy with their work. Highly recommend!
We are extremely happy with the service we received from Nature’s Way Chem-Dry. First off, Sean picked up the phone to give service, even when they were closed for the day. We have pets with a medical condition, which causes alot of messes in our home. We had all of our carpets cleaned & they looked brand new! About 3 days later there was a terriable stench in the carpets. I called Sean back & explained my confusion, without any questions he drove over 1 hr away and re did the carpets. Sean was very knowledgeable & got right to work. We learned that our batting was so bad, that the first round kind of agitated the smells and after the 2nd round it was a world of difference. He also didn’t charge for the extra work, which we were surprised by. They were truly there to make our carpets clean! Sean was very passionate about his work & the results were great. I also love that we could support a company that are Veterans! Will definitely have them back again!! Thank you
Hands Down Nature’s Way Chem-Dry will be THE ONLY Go To Pros from now on! Extremely Professional AND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! We will recommend to any and everyone! THANK YOU
I had an excellent experience using Nature’s Way Chem-Dry today. My serviceman called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment. He did not rush through his work but paid attention to the soiled areas of my carpet and upholstery. I also appreciated Chem-Dry working with me to negotiate a fair price for services that was competitive with other carpet cleaning companies. (Very friendly and professional)
Sean and Chris were very professional. They were able to get us scheduled right away. They knew exactly how to treat our problem areas, explained their process and cost up front and didn’t push any additional services but did mention what they provided as additional options if wanted. They were very respectful as well. I chose a local company as we are in a pandemic and I really value supporting my community. In addition, I am even more pleased to be supporting a VETERAN owned and operated company! That’s amazing. They did an excellent job, with great efficiency. I am just amazed how great our floors look – Thank you for the great service and use of quality products. Definitely recommend.
I have nothing but great things to say about this company. When I left a voicemail message, my call was returned within the hour (whereas other companies couldn’t be bothered to return my call). The appointment was set up so that the service could be done soon. The technician who cleaned our carpeting was so nice–he was great with our three cats. I felt at ease having him work in our house. The final job was phenomenal. This guy worked really hard and was so thorough. I felt like we got a good value for the service provided. I highly recommend this company!
Nature’s Way Chem-Dry came out to our house last week and cleaned all of our carpets. Chris worked all day and did a fantastic job! We couldn’t be happier. Carpets look brand new. I would recommend them to anyone. He also cleaned our recliners, which look like new also. Chris was very professional and friendly. We even felt comfortable enough to leave for awhile and to get some breakfast.
I contracted Nature’s Way Chem-Dry because I was looking for a more environmentally- and pet-friendly method for cleaning (old) carpets in a home I purchased. They were great to work with, and the results are fantastic! The faster drying time was a major bonus as well! Highly recommend!!
it took a while but I found someone who specializes in pet Urine Removal. The gentleman came out and was super kind and super informative and explained everything to me in detail. He didn’t try to up-sell anything to me which was nice. I would definitely use them again in the future!
I can’t say enough about the service, Chris did an excellent job and was great down to the smallest details. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends!
Professional, kind and meticulous cleaning. Dry carpets in a very short amount of time, no heavy cleaner smell. Will use them again.
Excellent customer service. My carpets look brand new again. I would recommend Chem Dry to anyone.
Did an excellent job. Were prompt and efficient. Were in and out as promised. Had no issues. Very satisfied with work.
Efficient, professional service. Upholstery brightened up significantly. carpeting feels and looks great.
I believe chris came to my house. He was professional and kept a very clean work space so my house wasn’t in shambles when he left. The couch looks amazing! There was no weird smells left from their products. Would recommend to anyone looking for fast/ reliable service. I will definitely use them again!
The staff was friendly and fast and our carpet looks brand new!
Great people to work with and got us in right away.
I had Nature’s Way Chem-Dry out to clean some carpeting that had pet stains. The staff was professional and took the time to explain the process of detecting and removing pet urine stains. They treated the affected areas removing the urine crystals not just covering them with a deodorant and then cleaned the rest of the entire carpet. The pricing was fair and we didn’t have to replace the carpet. I would definitely use them again.
Sean and Chris a great job! Thorough, professional — finished my family room, stairs, and 3 runners. Very pleased.
It’s right in their tag line…Superior Carpet Cleaning… The owner is a pleasure to deal with and they are the most professional cleaners I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to all friends and family.
Amazing!!!! Our area rug was stained with puppy pee and other stains. This was custom made so to replace it would be very costly. I just wanted them to clean it until I bought a new one. I don’t need to buy a new one! Chris Prolog was very professional and did a fantastic job! Thank You!
They are the best carpet cleaners that I have ever had! They even vacuumed the carpets before cleaning them.
Punctual and professional. Carpets look fresh and clean. Knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.
Always great service, super flexible hours, and available in emergent situations.
They did a great job and were on time and efficient. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
Professional, helpful… they did a great job! I really can’t thank you enough.
The staff was friendly and efficient. We have two dogs, a cat and a young child and the carpet sees heavy traffic. Now our carpet looks brand new!
Can not say enough good things about this company! We had pet accidents throughout our home and Sean had a tough job ahead of him. He was able to get almost all of the carpeting cleaned on the first cleaning however we had some spots that were definitely a challenge. He came back out on a couple of occasions to keep working on one particular stain we had. He also called us weekly to check on the progress of the stain. When it proved to be to much of a match for him he went above and beyond by calling in his brother Dean to help see if they could tackle it once and for all!! Sean was always very personable and very respectful of our home and his brother was the same!! They truly care about their customers and believe wholeheartedly in their products. We would DEFINITELY recommend them, and will be using them in the future for sure! Thank you so much for everything Sean and thank you Dean for the assistance, we are truly grateful to you!
Once we called, they took over and did an excellent job. Great customer service and the carpet is so clean it sparkles – if carpet does that! Would call them again in a heart beat and we recommend them without reservations.
All the carpets in my house look brand new, smells brand new, wonderful staff, great prices….I will continue to stick with you all! Please contact them if you need anything done!
This company was very flexible with my schedule as well as very professional. The gentleman that came and cleaned my carpet was very personable and just was an all around great person. He did an amazing job deep cleaning my carpets and I honestly would recommend them to anyone.
Sean and Chris are super professional, my wife and I very satisfied with the service, I really can’t say enough about the service also they are kind, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company to everyone.
Chris did a wonderful job at getting our carpets cleaned. He was efficient, thorough, and friendly. Scheduling was easy, the callback was quick enough and the emailed appointment reminder was helpful. We’ve used this company for about 4-5 years in a row now and have been very happy with the results, and especially at how convenient it is to not have to wait so long for the carpets to dry.
I have an elderly, sick cat who took exception to her litter box for a couple of days and urinated on my carpet. I had cleaned and fought the smell with a couple of different products and had removed quite a bit of the odor but I was having company for the Holidays and had always been happy that my 2 cat house didn’t smell like a house with cats until now. I called Nature’s Way Chem-Dry and they came to my home. Their black light lit up quite a few little spots where she had apparently had trouble getting to her box. After the cleaning using their PURT product, any urine odor was gone. The slight product smell that had remained dissipated quickly and the room is back to smelling clean. Sean and Chris who did the cleaning were great and took care of my problem quickly and politely. Thank you Nature’s Way Chem-Dry!
I am so impressed by the level of care and compassion the Nature’s Chem-Dry team has shown in making sure my carpets are clean. My son who is in ths NICU will be coming home on a trach/vent so it’s very important to have a very clean home. However having 4 cats that make having a clean home very difficult. I was shocked with how many pet stains we had when they showed us with the black. It was nice to see the multiple step process to make sure we have super clean carpets. On top of that they made a follow up to call to see how everything is going. I can tell this is a family oriented company. Please use this company to clean your floors, you won’t be disappointed.
The serviceman (Chris) was courteous and professional. He took his time and did a thorough job. I thought I was going to have to replace our carpeting but Chris made it look and smell new. I have dogs that leave hair in the carpet and with the Chem-Dry special cleaner it pulled the hair out of the carpet so it looked fluffy again. Great job! I will call them again.
Super professional & knowledgable cleaning team. In & out in no time with no mess left behind. Highly recommended!
Our service men put in extra effort and time happily and willingly to extricate dirt on our furniture! Very pleased with their service!
We were referred to Nature’s Way Chem-Dry by a family member who has had good experiences with them in the past. We had them clean a living room rug, hallway and 2 area rugs. The cleaning products they used did not leave an odor in our home which was wonderful! We had another company clean carpets in the past, the smell from the products they used was so strong we stayed out of the room they cleaned for 2 days. With Chem-Dry we will be able to move furniture back in the room this evening and there is no smell. They were very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!
Very professional, on-time and went the extra mile to calm my dog and make my carpet look the best it can!
They guys were very professional and really made my home look and smell great!
My sectional couch looks brand new!! They even cleaned deep between each piece! I will be calling them every couple years!! Great service and very professional!
Personable owner gave quick estimate. Much-needed common area carpet cleaning was professionally done in one day. Came back on request to address two stains not completely removed. They were successful. No unpleasant odors, no wet carpets. Now they look nearly new.
They did a fantastic job and were very professional and kind. Highly recommended!
The team is always on time and friendly. Scheduling with them is a breeze. You have maid our residents please with the service provided here at Home Harbor. Never a disappointment. Chris is awesome. Thanks Sean.
Sean was professional and got the job done right. I’ll have him back next year.
The best carpet cleaning experience I have had. They were on time and did a great job. will definitely have them come again.
My technician, Bob, was so nice and helpful, before, during and after the carpet cleaning.
I have had the same carpeting in my house in the 21 years I have owned it. The carpet looks brand new after the treatment. The technician explained what he was doing and how it was helping the process.
Very professional & excellent work! I appreciated not being gassed out with chemical smells to get a clean couch & mattress. I will definitely use this company again in the future!
Incredible results Nature’s Way Chem-Dry. Never thought in a million years you would get it clean.
Very professional, thorough & the carpets look amazing!! Extremely happy with results! Thank you!
Chris did a great job on our carpets. Good follow through and quality work. The price was resonable.
The job they did cleaning our carpets was the best we have ever had and the price was awesome too. Also the spot remover they recommended and gave us a small sample of is awesome. I will definitely have them back.
Very good job. Would recommend to friends. Reasonable price.
They arrived on time, were proffessional and friendly. The stubborn pet stains other companies could not get out were totally removed by this company. Very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.
Best carpet cleaning service we have used.
They respond fast, work hard, and have great customer service driven minds. Highly recommend.
Natures Way Chem-Dry was on time, professional, and did a great job. The stains were removed and the carpet dried very quickly due to their special cleaning technique. I also had a rental with pet stains. They got out all the stains AND the smell. Very happy with the results.
We had just bought our house in March and my fiance’s dog had problems adjusting to the new smells and had numerous accidents. The smell and the stains on the carpet were horrific. I was pretty sure that the carpet couldn’t be saved and that we were going to have to spend thousands of dollars to replace it. My sister recommended I call chem dry after she did some research on the internet. I was super skeptical at first and didn’t really think anything was going to be able to take out the stains and smell. But I was pleasantly surprised! The technician that came out and was thorough and very confident that he was going to be able to help save our carpet. He did a great job and I am pleased to say that the smell is gone for the most part and most of the stains have been removed. One thing I want to note is to make sure you do not move your furniture back until the carpet is 100 percent dry. We had a situation happen with stain coming off the furniture and leaving red marks on the carpet. I called and both Sean and Chris both came out and tried to address the problem right away. The were very helpful and did a great job off trying to resolve the problem doesn’t contain charge We are very pleased overall with their service and level of professionalism. We would recommend their service over any other carpet cleaning company- especially when it comes to dealing with pet urine.
Amazing! My carpet (area rug) looks brand new and was covered in puppy urine and other stains. Chris did a great job! Thank you!
The team was super polite and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and team.
We called Nature’s Way Chem-Dry and told them we needed all of our carpets cleaned and it had to be done within the next 3 days, they didn’t even blink an eye and had a tech here 2 days later. We have two young children and foster German Shepherds that are sometimes not house trained yet so you can imagine the state of our carpets. The tech worked incredibly hard and removed EVERY stain! He also noticed that our couch had been written on all over with a black permanent Sharpie marker by our daughter over two years ago. We assumed there was no way it could be removed so we covered it with a blanket. The tech asked if he could try and remove it and I’ll be darned if there isn’t a single hint of my daughters “artwork”. Amazing!!
Great job assessing what we needed and cleaning thoroughly. Service providers were friendly and professional.
Very pleased that Chris was able to get out some dark stains in the carpet. The service was exceptional and we will absolutely use them in the future.
Great experience with Nature’s Way yesterday. Sean was on time, took care of 3 areas for carpet cleaning…. Very fast, efficient and did an excellent job! I would recommend to anyone needing the services they provide.
He did an amazing job on our carpet. He was very friendly, professional and informative. We will definitely use their services again.
